If you know how to beat the concubine, you know how to beat almost every boss. First and foremost, approach her and let Elika do the first steps (key E). Use Elika until the concubine turns corrupted. When you can see magic sparks on her, you can't attack with Elika, use grab (key R) to "break the spell". Approach her while defending yourself (right mouse button), attack (left mouse button) and repeat this process. When you see her getting hand in hand with you, tap attack (left mouse button) multiple times. When you see that she spreads her corruption towards you, use Elika immediately (key E). When you see she goes on her hands to do a flip (like Sonya did in Mortal Kombat), tap the grab key (R). When you are down and she does a pirouette, don't press any keys, wait and see what icons are appearing. If it's the blue one, you have to attack (left mouse). If it's the green one, you have to jump (space). If it's the red one, you have to grab (R). If it's the yellow one, you have to use Elika (yellow). Try to make multiple combos with Elika, like: Elika goes first, you approach her and grab her, you jump with the Concubine in the air, and then attack with Elika again. If Elika has been hurt, she can't help you anymore. You have to use the space button and the WSAD buttons simultaneously to go in her direction and come near her. This will wake her up. When you "die" and Elika saves you, repeat the process, starting from the beginning with Elika. Now, even if you know the theory, you will "die" a few times in the beginning. Don't give up, only practice makes perfect.

The top answer is not entirely correct. Although you do fight most/all bosses the same way, not all are the same when you reach the black gate. Once you open the black gate to fight the Concubine, you have to jump off the ledge to get the Princess back. Then you fight the Concubine for the fourth and final time.

The above answer is meant for PC. For Xbox and PS3 the corresponding buttons are:

Y / Triangle - Elika
X / Square - Sword
A / X - Acrobatic
B / O - Gauntlet

Tip: When she changes state, look towards the prince or Elika. You will see his sword or his/Elika's hands glow, whichever is glowing will tell you which attack to use. (e.g. sword - X / Square, Hands - B / O)
