In Fable 2 Knothole Island the third quest isn't popping up. When I go to the chiefs house, he's not there

I went back to Bowerstone just like the first time, but there is no quest prompt or anything! what do i do?

How far are you in the main quest? You have to be far enough in the main quest before each Knothole Island quest becomes available.
-"Quest 1 can be done when you can reach Bowerstone.
-Quest 2 can be done when you have reached the Crucible. (after you reach Westcliff and talk to the commentators)
-Quest 3 can be done when you reach Bloodstone."
