What's going to happen to the last two volumes of the Manchester biography of Churchill?

William Manchester wasn't able to finish the set of four and the first two are certainly the best biography I have ever read. What's going to happen? Is there a plan for the last two? The last word I got was that he eschewed working with another writer in the hopes of completing it.
