Wow, nice flame job. On what basis are you concluding that I know nothing about aviation?
Just because I don't go around quoting qualifications doesn't mean I don't have real aviation experience to base my comments on. My comments are based on over 10 years of military, commercial and civil flying experience. I've read trnsprt's comments since I posted and also heard the recording excerpts since the post and now know that she was on the radio, I had not heard that yet. Trnsprt is right on in his correction of my comment; from what I have now heard it seems that the plane was already in difficulty and the Aircraft commander had already taken control. This doesn't really disqualify anything else I said, so get your facts straight before YOU start spewing YOUR garbage. Anyone who reads my comment and knows anything about aviation can tell I have at least some experience. But anybody like yourself can type hate into the keyboard.
