Wouldn't it be better to eliminate the extra clicks it takes to get to Questions with tips which are past pg 1
It seems that getting to the pages of questions with tips that are beyond page 1 takes a small bit of hunting, and at least 2 extra clicks to get to page two.
Perhaps, page 2 of the tipped questions should show up on the page 2 that can be accessed at the bottom of the Answers home page.....?
Best alternative suggestion or explanation of why any changes are unnecessary gets 10 points.

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

Yes, there should be 2 navigation bars on the front page, one for tipped and one for untipped.
