In all seriousness EVERYONE has a right to self expression. If you have the right to set up a Jesus nativity scene in your yard this person has the right to set up a Santa Jesus shoot out. You can't pick and choose who gets freedom simply because you find it offensive or you don't have freedom you have acceptance of popular opinion.
If the scene was Jesus shooting Satan and not Santa I doubt a fuss would be being raised. Not only would I not start a petition to have it removed, but if I knew one was being started I'd start one to keep it.

It is usually art that falls under the gun for being too revealing, harsh or nasty. As an artist myself I would feel hypocritical signing that petition.
If I had a kid and lived in that neighborhood, I would use this as an opportunity to teach him/her about how our great country works.
I just hope this guy doesn't take the Easter bunny and nail him to the cross this coming spring. I'm not sure how I would explain that one to my imaginary kid!

That being said, my neighborhood is quite a bit different than the one shown in the video. In my area it sure wouldn't fly, but a rural location might just be the place for something like this.
