Would you drive an Aston Martin if you knew it was unsafe, only to be seen in one?

The question of how far people will go to achieve a status symbol has always amazed and confused me. If you knew driving an Aston Martin was unsafe, like it had faulty brakes or wiring, would you still drive it to look "cool"? What if it was a problem like the windshield was missing or cracked? What about a hole in the floor board? How much damage to the car would it take for you to avoid driving it at all costs?

Not really - there's plenty of other "supercars" or "luxury cars" out there that would make the same impression and not sacrafice safety.
Bentley's come to mind...

I'm a GIANT Bond fan, so if I ever had the opportunity to drive one, I'd do it, no matter the condition. If it were any other car, I wouldn't. I guess it's just depends on the person.
