I don't see an issue with that. Cows aren't going to have the major crossbreeding effect and fear that GM plants do, as its very easy to isolate a cow and prevent it crossbreeding if a problem did arise.
Healthier milk is a good thing either way you look at it. A lot of our food is genetically modified anyways. :P
