I found a site that claims to have "nejlepsi recept na cesky zitny chleb" ("the best Czech bread recipe"), and it sounds pretty darn authentic. There's a "regular" and "quick" version of the recipe, see if you like either of them: http://czechmatediary.com/2008/07/14/best-bohemian-bread-recipe/
