Virginia Tech was a tragedy and a statistical abnormality. Looking at the facts the VT massacre it should be harder for people to buy guns. The shooter acquired his legally.
Ask any police officer who has shot and killed someone they will tell you shooting to kill someone is a lot different than shooting a paper target.
