They are actors. They are master manipulators,charmers, liars, deceivers, and terrible people. They are great at hiding who they really are, and the sad part is that they have a lot of people fooled. In a way they have to fool people, cause they can't blow their cover. They are very narcissistic, and think the whole world is about them anyway. They are sick and ego driven. So would they excel as actors? Of course. Their whole entire life is just one big fake show, and they are the stars.
I don't know of any famous actors but one of the most famous sociopaths is Charles Manson.
