It depends on your tolerance level, and what your goal for your evening is. Sake bombs are definitely going to hit you hard and get you drunk, especially if you are new to drinking. Decide if you want to be really drunk, as well as if you want to deal with being hungover. And yes, you might end up with an irritated stomach as well as a massive headache.
