The SOA Watch was founded in 1990, following the 1989 killing, in El Salvador, of six Jesuit priests, a teenage girl, and her mother, and after it was found that those responsible were trained at the U.S. Army School of the Americas at Ft. Benning, Georgia.

Hi i think The School of the Americas (SOA) was founded in Panama in 1946 as a US Army training school for Latin American military personnel.
