The song is "Balderrama" by Mercedez Sosa.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4LJDTlviKw

The lyrics en Espanol are:
A orillitas del canal
Cuando llega la mañana
Sale cantando la noche
Desde lo de balderrama

Adentro puro temblor
El bombo con la baguala
Y se alborota quemando
Dele chispear la guitarra

Lucero, solito
Brote del alba
Donde iremos a parar
Si se apaga balderrama

Si uno se pone a cantar
Un cochero lo acompaña
Y en cada vaso de vino
Tiembla el lucero del alba

Zamba del amanecer
Arrullo de balderrama
Canta por la medianoche
Llora por la madrugada.

I don't speak Spanish myself, but babel fish gives the following translation (take it for what it's worth lol):

To orillitas of the channel
When it arrives the morning
Leaves singing the night
From the one of balderrama
Inside pure tremor
The big drum with baguala and is gotten excited burning
Deletion mark to spark the guitar
Star, solito Bud of the dawn
Where we will stop If balderrama goes out
If one is put to sing accompanies it to a coachman and in each wine glass
The star shakes of the dawn
Zamba of the dawn
Cooing of balderrama
It sings by the midnight
Cries at the dawn.

Pretty worthless I know, but if someone who speaks Spanish would like to take a crack at translating, that would be great.
