Mexico is better than the USA. Although USA is currently higher than Mexico due to the current form of the team the Mexican side is still better. We have to take a wider look at the picture and focus especially on the history of both national teams not only the history but more so how the people of the country view the sport. The most popular sport in Mexico is soccer while in USA people love baseball,basketball and nfl football. Usually when a sport is love by nearly all of the citizens in a country most likely that country will excel at the sport. Pride,honor,history and duty is consider the utmost for the members of the team when playing the sport if the entire nation of America supported soccer probably America would have the best team in the world and also the best league in the world. Mexicans see football as there number one sport so they will do all that is necessary to improve the state of the game in their country and also to improve the skills of their national players. History dictates Mexico is even a better side than their rivals please read to understand " Mexico has qualified for thirteen World Cups and has qualified consecutively since 1994. Mexico has a better national football league than the USA . The MLS was only formed in 1993 while the Mexican had a league formed in 1902 consisting of five teams. Mexico even althoug they are rank below USA in the standings are a better side their history is much better than the USA and their people love football. They have the pedigree of going to the World Cup due to the players they have on the team and a better coach.
