Working on an e-commerce site for a food product....any suggestions re: pricing strategy and catelogue?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

For food products, your pricing strategy will unfortunately be dictated almost entirely by competitors. By catalog, do you mean inventory and number of different products for sale? I'd recommend having fewer products, and working like crazy to keep your costs as low as possible. If you can make more profit than your competitors on the same revenue, you'll do well.
