Interstitial Cystitis (Painful Bladder Syndrome)

I expect the condition you're looking for is called interstitial cystitis. The symptoms vary in intensity, and are similar to those experienced with a UTI-- pain in the pelvic region, pain and burning on urination, and frequency of urination.
