According to her website she is no longer available for direct patient care, health consultations, or personal advice.

Also, it seems she's never had a practice in Scottsdale, AZ. The only practice she ran was an Obstetrics & Gynecology practice from 1979 - 2005 in Portland and Yarmouth, Maine.
