According to the Body Mass Index (BMI) standard, if you are 5'2", the healthy weight starts at about 100 lbs. 94 lbs would put you at just underweight according to this chart. Now, there are many criticisms of the BMI method, so my opinion would be that you're probably fine as long as you're not malnourished, though.

The next time you get a blood test, however, you may want to make sure your iron is at a healthy level. Underweight people often become anemic.

Your BMI = 17.2

According to the government:

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

So... you're "underweight"... again... according to the government.

I think examining your caloric intake and exercise regime would be important weight management tools as well...

It really depends on your build. That could be a healthy weight if you're very small-boned and not muscular (muscle weighs more than fat). Although at that weight and height you probably don't have much fat at all.

Eat lots of Peanut Butter and then don't move from your couch for about two months.

You're probably just fine. BMI isn't a fool-proof indicator of health. It doesn't take into account variances in build, metabolism, activity levels, and age. If you feel fine and have plenty of energy I wouldn't worry about it.
