If you make wine, what is your favorite kind to make? Is it the easiest to make?

Erm, this kind of question seems to be personal to others, but I can tell you what is the easiest kind of wine to make. This is perfectly legal but you can not sell it to others because selling brewed wine is illegal. The best method of making wine is to crush grapes (Red or Green or mixed however you want it) and squeeze all the juice from it. Then extract the juice and try to filter out the unnecessary solids and pour the juice in a bottle. Then you put it in a cold dark place for a week or 2 and if it smells sweet, you made wine but if bad, throw it away because it's bad. BE CAREFUL. Also do not cork it or it will break your bottle and make sure its covered but with something that lets air out. An example would be cotton balls. Here's another method but its a long but better and safer process
