Will you use Microsoft Songsmith? Do you think the "cheesy" ad will hurt or help sales?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

And the second question, yes, I do think that the cheesy ad will hurt sales. People are often interested in at least testing out a new product that sounds cool (even if they haven't heard anything from it). Now that they have, my guess is that the only people buying this type of software will be teen girls.
One good thing came out of it, though:

I am interested in it because it is so horrible. It is, bar none, the worst idea I have seen out of Microsoft since Bob.
