Will those tiny blood vessels disappear from my eyes?
So I've been spending a lot of time on my PC and now I see some tiny blood vessels on/in the white part of my eyes. If I stop watching screens so much will they disappear or am I stuck with them till the end of my life?

No they are there for a reason. Everyone have them its just some you can really see and some you cant. Those tiny blood vesesls keeps them from leaking and forming dark circles. If you are in fron of the PC alot it can ruin your vision. You may end up wearing glasses have a stronger grade for your eyes.
