Depends what you mean by "properly". Surgery to correct it? Yes, that's already happening. Non-surgery to reverse the effects? Yes, it's already happening, even if it's not great. Good prevention? Thats tricky. Do you mean a pill you take once? A regular dose medication like a shampoo? Though I don't have any exact predictions I'd say yes, it's possible.
