The outcomes of the lawsuits will not be final for a good amount of time so the lawsuits have very little effect on the models of phones currently selling by each manufacturer. The Apple/Nokia proceedings at the ITC (International Trade Commission) are probably the proceedings that will finish the quickest as the ITC is pretty efficient in dealing with complaints. Still on the back burner in each of theses lawsuits is the chance of settlement as each moves closer and closer to a very costly trial settlements become more likely. Even if they do make it to trial the verdicts and any injunctive relief will be appealed.

Is there a possibility of plaintiff getting an order to stop sales of defendants' model in US ? Will that then cause a deterioration of support and parts ?
Will you think less highly of a company that has infringed patents of the other company ?
Wow, great to know you are expert in patent.
I know who to ask when I have patent questions :-)
There is the possibility of a plaintiff getting an order, in the form of an injunction to stop sales of defendants' infringing models. Whether that causes a deterioration of support or parts will probably depend on the percentage of overall models/products claimed to be infringing -ie what proportion of their overall US business. Such orders would only be enforcible in the United States (unless there is additional international complaints and litigation internationally)
I will not think less highly of a company that has infringed patents. Often times I don't agree with the outcome of patent litigations after having sat through them and heard both sides of the evidence in the case. I do not necessarily trust a judge to get claim interpretation correct, or a jury to correctly understand infringement or validity with highly technical and specialized devices and ideas. - That's my opinion, formed after sitting through multiple patent trials in a support role (I'm not an attorney).
