Will the FTC's new blogging rules (and Twitter, Facebook, etc.) re: disclosure of compensation change the way you communicate on the web?

These rules have a greater effect on celebrities who receive costly gifts for promoting advertiser brands.Like celebrities announcing on twitter that they have got a nice car of particular brand etc... I also heard that "mommy" bloggers also have to lose a great deal of freebies due to these rules.
