I think they would be crazy not to. Leon Powe is a rising star young among old veterans who are only getting older. If the Celtics want to plan for the future they will resign him as a low cost prospect with major potential. The impact he has on the team was displayed in the Celtic loss to Orlando without him. Of course the loss of KG was a much bigger impact which must be ocnsidered. He can't be judged on stats alone as he was averaging less than twenty minutes per game and the type of player he is, his ability isn't completely visible on paper.
