You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

What are you taking about? Black Powder!!?? If you want to be big, eat, sleep, go to school, and let time pass.... let your body grow naturally. Anything you do to alter nature is likely to come back and bite you in the butt.

I don't know what Black Powder is, but it sounds sketchy. Just stick with 100% Whey Protein Powder. Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard protein powder is pretty good. If you are doing weight training, you can try getting about 1g of protein/pound of body weight daily. (So 135grams per day for you.) That includes meals and powder. Try to get 3-4 meals/day with real meat in them then maybe 1 protein shake after a workout.

Be patient, getting bigger takes time and work, there's not magical supplements, but you can make it happen.

Ok, I did some research: http://www.bestpricenutrition.com/blog/mri-black-powder-supplement-review

Basically what I said before goes, this stuff isn't doing what you want it to do. Stick with the protein powder. The Black Powder is also going to increase insulin levels unnecessarily, which could give you problems with excess fat levels in the future.
