Will taking shrimp/prawn when taking vitamin C really cause us arsenic poisoning ?

where did you here that? I have never heard anything about it before but I do know it is very ,very poular to add a sqeeze of lemon juice (very rich in vit c)over prawns .Most restaurents serve a lemon wedge with prawns and shrimp so I think it must be an urban legend so many people couldn't be wrong.
