Will spam answers that have been removed/hidden on Mahalo ever also be removed/hidden from my profile's Alert feed category?

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

When I remove spam from the Mahalo site, I usually also change the actual text to 'S P A M' , so everyone can immediately recognize it as being spam, without having to read the actual spam post. Sadly, there is a lot of it, and it's simply too much to handle manually.

As on your question, I think the upcoming re-design of the site (which should be due somewhere early next year, I've heard), might include a change in this area as well.

Maybe someone from staff will read this question, and be able to forward it to the developers??

I have been told the devs are working on a much better banning/spam removal tool then the one we have now which does a great job of removing the profiles of the spammers and removing 99% of the content/links but really could use that little extra by removing the spam links from our profile feeds.

I'll send a message :)

I would like the ability to remove individual feed entries on my profile just like I can on Twitter.
