No, they won’t pull out the Iskander-E and Iskander-K Missile Shield.... simply because those have not been implemented yet. They were in the process of installing them in Kaliningrad when Medvedev order was reversed in response of Obama cancellation of the American Missile Shield.
No, Europe is not disarming neither, nor they are becoming peaceful or distracted. They simply reversed or did not adopt the American Missile Shield, which was only a mere 10 lonely rockets to be installed in the first phase of deployment.
Also, Europe is not more vulnerable now that it was 15 years before when the wall fell. They just changed tactics and decommissioned numerous armed forces units throughout Europe in the same proportion the Soviets did during the same period.
So in perspective, Europe is not more vulnerable to Russia now, this appears to be the contrary. Germany is advocating de-escalation policy in the hope to obtain a sanction to Iran from Russia while at the same time its government is paying a political price for Obama’s single back decision to retire the Missile Shield.
