I don't know why you write "win" in quotes, he was awarded the prize in the regular way for the regular reasons. Most similar was probably the award to Willy Brandt in 1972 for changing the direction of West German foreign policy.
I am guessing that the question was inspired by President Obama's getting the Israelis and Palestinians back to the negotiating table today. Long shot though it be, if a big step forward toward peace is made during the negotiations this year there is a good chance a Nobel Peace prize will come out of it. Several times that has happened in the past. However, in recent years the prize has been awarded jointly to the leaders of the two sides concluding a treaty. I would expect Abbas and Netanyahu to split the Nobel in that case.
However, there is no hard and fast rule, and famously Teddy Roosevelt got the prize for drawing up the treaty between Russia and Japan, not the Tsar and Emperor. Conceivably, if it were publicly obvious that Obama drew up a treaty and arm-twisted the two sides into signing it, that could earn him a second Noble.
I don't see anything else on the horizon likely to qualify. But, who can forsee what will happen during the rest of his Presidency, or for that matter what he will do afterward? A sufficiently big nuclear disarmament treaty with the Russians might earn one, perhaps a big breakthrough with Cuba and/or North Korea. Or perhaps he will spend years on international goodwill like Carter after leaving office?
He certainly has the talent and personality to earn a second Nobel Peace prize if anyone does.

M$It was given to show what the world thought of Bush Jr. They gave the prize to Obama as soon as he got the office to serve as a slap in the face to former Preisdent Bush Jr. in order to show their feelings towards his poor work in office. Purely political, in my opinion, to tell the U.S. they didn't like Bush. So, I don't think it will happen again.

M$Now, it may have been given to him more based on expectations than what he has actually done so far. In that case, he shouldn't have won in the first place, the prize should be based on what a person actually does. In any case, Obama will likely have to do some extraordinary to win it again.
