If there's one thing I learned from my hardcore party days: your luck WILL run out. With luck, she WILL go to jail - hopefully that will be a wakeup call, but seeing as how she's already been to rehab (and got out and now seems to think she's bulletproof) she's extremely dangerous to everyone, especially herself. Getting all loaded and driving around partying is a BAD idea.

So many people strive to be successful and rich but from my end all I can see that it brings you is unhappiness and pain. If your not being cheated on by your spouse then you're hooked on drugs or alcohol. Makes you wonder if it's hardly worth it.
