No, not as it stands. Currently the healthcare bill contains a public option that would create, in essence, a government-run health insurance company. Joe Lieberman, as of November, 2009, strongly opposes the public option on the grounds that it will place an overwhelming burden of debt on the country. The bill currently is projected to cost the government $800 billion over the next 10 years.
Critics of Lieberman have accused him of being "in bed" with big Insurance Companies, including Aetna Insurers who have donated $112,000+ to Lieberman's campaigns. In fact, out of the top 10 donors to Lieberman's campaign, 4 of those 10 are insurance companies. Muddying the water is Lieberman's record of also voting down the major health care reform bill in 1994.
Whatever his motives, Lieberman has made it very clear that as the bill stands he will not vote for it:

"“I have no other choice...I have to use the right I have as a senator to stop something I think will be terrible. I really want to vote for health-care reform.”
