Will Gordon Brown stay as Prime Minister if there is a hung parliament in the 6th May UK elections?

My guess is that he won't. I think an alliance between the Conservative Party and the Liberal Democrats appears the more likely, and this would likely result in David Cameron becoming Prime Minister.
The latest opinion polls suggest 37% for the Conservatives, 29% for Labour and 26% for the Liberal Democrats; Labour could in theory form a government with the Liberal Democrats but a government involving the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats looks to be more realistic, as they would have a more comfortable majority and this would suggest a more stable government.
It has also been suggested that the very presence of Brown as leader of the Labour Party is a big stumbling block for Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg, and that Clegg would only try forming a coalition with Labour if Brown were to step aside.
