What is the source of Citigroup's $10 debt due in 2010?

1. In 2008, Citigroup announced they would pay $2.16 billion in stock and assume Wachovia senior and subordinate debt, totaling $53 billion.

2. Wells Fargo buys all of Wachovia.

Why does Citigroup have a $10 billion debt?
Tip for best answer: M$0.25

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

They have more than $10 bn due...if you post a question paying $5 I'll send you a list of all their debt due in 2010 globally.

It is 2010, now and I'm wondering, if Citigroup will sell stock to pay its debt.
