Will any speakers work on an iPad?

There are a lot of external speakers that you can use for your iPad. These speakers come in various designs and styles, colors, shapes etc. Some of these speakers are iPad docks or can be used as a stand at the same time. They also vary in sizes, depending on which size is more convenient to you.
The iPad speakers also come in both wireless and wired models, via Bluetooth and audio jack on the iPad respectively. These speakers are very portable and easy to use with a good sound quality and performance.
Here are some of the speakers I've found:
1. iLuv iSP100BLK Mini Portable Speaker - This speaker is very portable to use. Despite it's size, it has a powerful sound quality and it's connected to the iPad's audio jack. It costs about $15.58.

2. Chill Pill iPad Speakers - These very cute and small sized speakers are packed with good sound quality. It's a bit pricey and costs about $27.60 dollars. These two twin speakers can magnetically stick together for a more portability in usage.

3. Bose Companion 2 Series II - Another top of the line maker of speakers, this Bose' speakers are proven one of the best speakers in the market. These speakers cost about $89.00, it's a bit expensive but what is a couple of dollars for a more enjoyable experience with your device.
