Will Adderall interact with any other drugs or medications?

I have always been cautious when taking pills of any kind. I fear the possible bad interactions between medications and I try to stick to one at a time. It's even tough for me to take a Tylenol when I'm on my Prozac! I'm somewhat of a hypochondriac and a worrier. So, I must know what kinds of effects Adderall will have with other meds? Does it interact with over-the-counter products? Have there been any documented studies? Have there been any hospitalizations or deaths due to using Adderall and another drug? Thank you for your help in this matter. Better safe than sorry, right?

dont take with propoxyphene!!! adderall lowers your seizure threshhold and propoxyphene depresses your respitory system. i had a severe seizure. ignorantly i thought because ive mixed morphine w my Rx of adderall many times, w no interactions it would be ok to take a few propoxyphene with it instead. WRONG!!
