about Nicole Brown Simpson
Why weren't the LAPD officers who saw Nicole Brown Simpson abused prior to the murder ever summoned to testify?
It's a matter of record that the prior summer, Nicole summoned the police who found her running for the gate yelling "he's gonna kill me." Why was this information never brought to light at the trial?

According to this trial summary by Doug Linder, a 9-1-1 dispather did take the stand for the prosecution in order to relate to the jury a call that Nicole made describing an ongoing assault by Simpson. I'm not sure if this is the incident you are referring to, but if it is, then maybe they didn't feel the need to bring in the LAPD officer as well. If it wasn't, and the incident you referred to is different, then I don't know why they didn't.
The prosecution did spend a large part of the trial trying to establish Simpson's history of domestic abuse and violence though. As we all know though, it wasn't enough to sway the jury.
