Why was Tom Petty's concert postponed in Cleveland and will people get their tickets refunded, or will there be another concert date?

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have postponed their concert tonight at Blossom Music Center because guitarist Mike Campbell is under doctor’s orders to get some rest.
Campbell, 60, fainted from heat exhaustion during a show Sunday night in St. Louis. He is a founding member of the Heartbreakers.
Concert promoter Live Nation expects to announce a new Blossom date soon for Petty and his band. Tickets for tonight’s show will be honored for the makeup date.
