There's some question as to whether he's responsible for the burglary in question. The home owner has told the police Katt Williams was a guest in his home at the time of the burglary.

Making lots of money doesn't make you rich. Many people who have huge incomes manage to squander much of it, and when the money stops pouring in they have trouble controlling their spending habits. There may be much going on we (the public) are unaware of in this situation.

Maybe he needs psychiatric evaluation and treatment for his erratic behavior because he has been involved in a lot of incidents before. And his publicist said he might be suffering from incurable fatigue so I think he steals not for money but for the thrill of it.
