Why was Dog, from "Dog the Bounty Hunter", have to be on house arrest?
I just got done watching an episode where Dog and some of the other bounty hunters were getting there ankle bracelets off. I don't know why they had them on in the first place? What did Dog and the bounty hunters do?

If you recall, Dog was facing extradition charges to Mexico for "illegal detention" after he went into Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and captured fugitive convicted rapist Andrew Luster.
