The number 1 suspect is Marlon Martinez who was an acquaintance of Barrett's and is a 20 year old man, a couple nights after Barrett was murdered Martinez was found in Barrett's stolen car. Barrett was strangled and Martinez pled non-guilty.
Everywhere I look they say his trial was to begin on the 6th of January, but no news of it. If Barrett did abuse him it would be revealed during the trail.
