I went to visit someone graduating from Marine Corps boot camp and it took us over three hours to drive twenty miles.
Why is traffic so bad in Southern California? It seems crazy. Can they make the freeways wider? Is there problems with money?
The state was doing well four years ago, so they should have had enough money. Is there just too many military bases in Southern California?

Because San Diego is gay and full of homos that don't know how to act when a little rain falls from the sky so they drive as if their heads are in their asses. That's why. No nothing can be done cause california is broke.
