Why,is this site crashing when I,am trying to download my music. It,has been doing this for the last 2 days. Please advise.

I,have an account with emusic, I,have 40 downloads left, Everytime I try to download something The site goes out and I have to try to get back on This,is the first time I,have had any problem. What is going on?
