Why is Photoshop CS2 more expensive than CS5?
CS5 is supposed to be the newest Photoshop version right?

Yes, CS5 is far newer than CS2. CS2 is actually six years old now, from 2005, and Adobe doesn't make it anymore so you'd be hard-pressed to find a safe and genuine copy of it these days.
(If you did find a copy and they were asking a lot of money, it's because some people might need it for compatibility reasons and so they were asking a lot due to rarity.)
