Why is it when I answer a question well (or get voted for best answer), I still don't get a tip from Mahalo?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Also note that just because you receive a vote as best answer, does not mean you have been awarded the best answer. Another answer might have received more votes. Winner takes all unless tipped directly from a user.
Keep up the great work and you'll surely receive more tips, Dimitry!

This question is still being voted on by users. So no best answer has been awarded yet. Once voting is done, you'll likely earn the best answer since you were the only person to answer the question. So as long as more people don't vote for "No Best Answer," you've got it in the bag.
