Why haven't I gotten credit back yet for this?
It has apparently been "refunded". But, my account is still down by M$7. :(
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

feedback@mahalo.com on the other hand should be able to straighten things out.

M$Nope, while my total tips on my "tips" page is still $34. My tips on my "profile" page is stuck at $27.
So, maybe the refund was back to the asker. Just a theory, but he gave you the tip for best answer, then changed his mind and selected No best answer after the fact? Refunding it to himself?
Then the only issue is the site not being consistent across it's pages
Oh, sorry, I forgot to put the context. People were entering tips of "-x" dollars for a few days. I answered one of those, and got the best answer. So, in pure math, they originally took $7 from me, and gave it to the asker.
Now, they've "fixed" the blabberstar post by changing it to "+$7" and taking away my best answer.
But, they never added $7 back to my account. So, instead of having my $34 in tips + my $5 signing bonus, I have $27 in tips + my $5 signing bonus.
I got -2 for getting a Best Answer on a question that originally said 2. It was addressed but not refunded. Perhaps we are simply screwed.
I know. I have. I'm just trying to shame Jason and crew into fixing it. As a guy who has systems to solve at my own work, I know how much "fun" this is. Especially on a holiday week. But, making sure the totals/refunds are accounted for properly _is_ a big concern. Especially when Jason is doing national press and is worried about Bud's paranoid blog.
