M$From How mahalo dollars and payments work:

3. Did you need to fill out a W-8 or W-9 form? You will need to fill out a W-8 form (if you are not a US citizen) or a W-9 (if you are a US citizen) before your first payment can be processed. If you were not notified send an email to contact@mahalo.com and request information about your payment. If you did fill out an appropriate form, remember that your payment request will reset to the day we receive the W-8 or W-9, So if you request on May 29th, but we don't receive your W-9 until June 1st, you won't get paid until July 15th.
4. Was there a problem with your account? You may not have been paid because Mahalo found questionable activity within your account. When payment requests are made, Mahalo does a full audit on the requesting account to determine if the user earned the money in his account. If Mahalo finds any signs of abuse/cheating/gaming the account holder will be notified.
