I looked for articles and/or stories relating to your question, but could not find any.
I myself have taught ESL and have worked outside the US. I would love to spend some time in Vietnam teaching English or some other subject.
Maybe you had a bad experience, but rest assured that not all foreigners dislike your beautiful country.
