why does no one ever answer my questions?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You seem to be asking some (very good) specific questions that require specific knowledge. Because MA is newer, you might not find that many people who know about Maui Jim glasses or drain flies... As MA grows, perhaps people with that knowledge will arrive.

You can also attract more answers by offering a bigger tip. That always works for me...

People seem to be answering this one!

It's likely because your questions are very specific and require some very detailed knowledge. Apparently the people who know the answer haven't seen those questions here yet. It's easier to get the answer to a question like "How does conditioner work" than "how many gear box designers worked on the Tesla?"

Currently Mahalo is getting about 1,000 questions a day and only about 600 answers. Currently, the best way to get more attention to your question would be to add a Tip, that would place it in the green section of the front page. You can earn money to use for tips by answering other questions, you can add your own funds.
